Redefining Urban Landmarks: A Contemporary Mixed-Use

This project is conceived as a contemporary mixed-use landmark that balances strong urban presence with human-scale engagement. The massing is articulated into three distinct volumes — a vertical tower for density and efficiency, an inclined glazed podium that activates the street edge, and a cylindrical crown element that establishes skyline identity. The angled façade is both sculptural and performance-driven, enhancing daylight penetration, passive shading, and visual connectivity while guiding movement toward the primary entrance.

The design approach integrates structural clarity, flexible floor plates, and high-performance façade systems to ensure long-term adaptability and sustainability. A transparent ground plane, landscaped public interface, and optimized core planning create a seamless transition between public and private realms. The result is architecture that is not only iconic in form, but intelligent in function — a landmark built on precision, performance, and purposeful design.
